            My client cannot login into the B2B site even though I have set up a valid username and password for the customer in AdvancePro.

            Please run the following checks for that customer account in AdvancePro:

            • Go to CUSTOMERS > View all Customer > edit the customer account
            • Go to Login Tab and confirm if there is a "unique" username and password assigned to that customer and the "B2B" checkbox is enabled
            • Next go to the Address tab and confirm that there is a valid Bill to and Ship to address assigned to this customer
