Batch Apply

Batch Apply

There is an easy way to apply batch changes to multiple employees at one time.

Go to Employees > Add/Edit Employees

From there, you'll see the Batch Edit Users at the top of the list of employees

You will want to check the box by their name first. You can select as many names as you need to.

From here, you can add or remove them from the same list, add or remove from groups, add or remove a specialty filter (hazmat, paramedic), move to inactive, change preferred callback method, change preferred notification method or change roles. This ability is great for when a new list is created, or when you have a promotion and need to change certain users from end users to give more access in the system.

Remember to click Batch Apply to save the changes.
