CallBack Feature

CallBack Feature

The scheduling CallBack feature is a highly advanced module that allows managers to reduce the time spent filling open work shifts. The system is designed to eliminate the need for managers to spend countless hours on the phone calling employees into work; and removes the need to keep an 'Overtime book' or spreadsheet. The system automatically contacts the correct employee(s), in the correct order, and handles all telecommunications.

It automates the process and does so in a fair an equitable manner. All communications are handled via the system, and employee's respond directly to the scheduling system via their choice of Text Message (SMS), Phone Call, or their CallBack Board via the web application. Depending on your organizations Rules, employees will be sorted and re-ranked accordingly after each CallBack - depending on their response.

It is important that prior to initiating a new CallBack, all of your Lists, Groups and Speciality Classifications are entered correctly into the system. It goes without saying that you should also make sure all of your employees are entered correctly and assigned accordingly via the Add / Edit Employee tool.

All telecommunications (inbound and outbound) such as voice calls and text messaging, are included at no extra cost when utilizing the Pro version of the system.
