How to update Subscription / Billing Info

To manage your subscription & billing information, simply click on the Logo in the top bar while logged in:



This will bring you to your Companies information page, where you can update Billing & Contact info, and see your plan details all in one spot. Once you have updated the system, click the Save Changes button.

You can also view recent invoices in the table on the bottom, an open an external link by clicking on the Invoice #. You will be shown a copy of the invoice, and have the option to pay online if the status does not equal 'Paid'.




Important: Only users that have the permission "Can Manage Billing Info" will be able to make these changes.
