Why is my commission rejected?

Why is my commission rejected?

Generally, commissions are rejected by the merchant. Although merchants do not usually give clear reasons for the rejections, we offer our publishers a set of possible causes that could lead to the rejection of commissions:

  1. The final purchase on the product page/store site was not made using your Cuelinks affiliate link.
  2. The order was not completed in one session/sitting.
  3. The customer added products to the cart before going through your Cuelinks affiliate link.
  4. Browser cookies were not enabled.
  5. The pop-up blocker on the browser was disabled.
  6. The order was later canceled, amended, or returned.
  7. A wrong coupon code was used during the purchase.
  8. Commission is not earned on the purchase of a gift certificate.
  9. Commission is not payable on the use of bank coupon codes promoted by the merchant.
  10. Another referrer was rewarded the commission (considering the last click).
  11. Other terms and conditions laid down by the merchant on the merchant page under additional information are applicable before the completion of every transaction.
