Accudemia: How do I add a role to an existing user?

1. Log into Accudemia.






2. Click Administration.






3. Click User Accounts.






4. Click All Accounts.






5. Search for the user by entering either their First Name, Last Name or User ID.






6. Select the user and click Edit.






7. Scroll down to Security. Select the role or roles you wish to add.



NOTE: If adding System User role, you can further adjust the permissions and scope for this user by clicking on User Roles at the top.
