PTF Crash: Touchscreen Laptop with PTF
1. Select "Control Panel"
2. Select "Hardware and Sound"
3. Select "Device Manager" (Under "Devices & Printers")
4. Select "Human Interface Devices"
5. From the list select "HID compliant Touch Screen" and then "Driver" tab
6. Disable the driver and the touch screen no longer works (but PTF does)
7. Enable this device to make the touch screen work again
