            Managing Campaigns

Campaigns are created to send out the Survey using the created Distribution lists. RebusCloud offers users an option to create three types of Campaigns based on the method to be followed for Data Collection. The three types of Campaigns supported are Email Campaign, CAPI Campaign and Links Campaign. All these campaigns serve respective purposes and can be created from Distribute Page.

            Managing  Email Campaigns

Email campaigns are created to send out email invites to the users added in the List, for conducting the survey. (To create an Email campaign, refer to section Distribute Survey via Email)

Once the Email campaign is created it provides you below information to analyse your Campaign:-
            • If the Campaign is Active, it will show the status as Active on the top-of the created Email Campaign.
            • Next to the Active Button, it displays the counts of the users who have Completed their survey, users who have Opened their survey and Invited users.
            • The campaign also contains a Donut Chart that represents a Campaign Success rate by displaying the Share of Completed, Unopened and Partial surveys.
            • The Download Report option allows you to download the details of all the distribution list members for which the campaign was created, Invite Status and respective live and test links.
            • You can also add multiple email reminders, all scheduled at different times with the help of Add another Reminder option. Simply click on Add another Reminder, a Reminder will get added below your default first reminder. (For more details on how to set-up Reminder mails, Refer to section Distribute Survey via Email)
            • If the users no longer require a campaign or if all the members have taken the survey, you can choose to stop the campaign. Simply click on Stop Campaign option to stop your Campaign.
